Gabriela Jones, trading as Gabriela Jones Artistry (hereafter referred to as "Artist") and the assigned Photographer (collectively referred to as "the Owners").

BY CHECKING THE BOX, YOU HAVE READ & AGREE WITH THESE TERMS:

1. PURPOSE

The Model agrees to receive lash and/or brow services for content creation, educational use, and promotional material. In exchange, the Model grants permission for the use of all photos and videos captured during the appointment under the terms below.

2. PHOTO & VIDEO OWNERSHIP

All images and video content taken are the sole property of the Artist and Photographer. These materials may be used indefinitely across:

Websites
Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
Online courses and training materials
Client portfolios and business profiles
Printed or digital certificates
Marketing or advertising (digital and print)

3. MODEL’S PERSONAL USE

Only content explicitly shared with the Model may be used for personal purposes (e.g., posting on personal social media). The Model may not edit, resell, filter, or alter images, nor use them commercially or claim credit for the work. Proper credit to Gabriela Jones Artistry is required.

4. CONSENT FOR EDITING & ALTERATION

The Model consents to the Artist and Photographer retouching, editing, cropping, or altering the photos or videos for creative, educational, or branding purposes.

5. NO GUARANTEE OF PHOTO SHARING

The Artist is under no obligation to share any images or videos with the Model. Any sharing is done voluntarily at the discretion of the Artist.

6. NO PAYMENT OR ROYALTIES

The Model agrees they are participating on a voluntary basis. No financial compensation, royalties, or additional permissions will be granted now or in the future for use of any content.

7. HEALTH & SAFETY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

The Model confirms that they have disclosed any allergies or skin sensitivities and understands that this is a training or content-based appointment, not a full-price service. Results may vary, and touch-ups or corrections are not guaranteed.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY OF TECHNIQUES

The Model agrees not to disclose techniques, product names, or training methods witnessed during the session, as they may be proprietary to Gabriela Jones Artistry.

9. RIGHT TO DECLINE SERVICE

The Artist reserves the right to cancel or refuse service if the Model arrives late, is unprepared, unsuitable for content, or fails to comply with pre-appointment instructions.

10. LIABILITY WAIVER

The Model releases and holds harmless Gabriela Jones and the Photographer from any claims related to the use of images, including defamation, misrepresentation, or invasion of privacy.

11. AGE CONFIRMATION

The Model confirms they are at least 18 years of age, or have written consent from a parent or legal guardian to participate.

By signing below, the Model confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated in this agreement.
