Service Description
A complimentary 15-minute clarity call to discuss your goals, answer any questions you may have, and help you determine which beauty training, mentorship, or business support offer is best suited to your needs. Please note: This call is intended for clarity and offer guidance only and does not include personalized coaching advice, post-call support, or ongoing private messaging access.
Cancellation Policy
Payment and refunds: Payment for the service is due in full upon booking. No refunds will be given under any circumstance. If you have paid for the service on a payment plan, you are obligated to pay the next weekly/monthly payment. If the payment is late, a late fee of R50 per day will apply. If payment is late for more than 28 days, Gabriela has the right to contact debt collectors where all fees are payable by the debtor. Scheduling and cancellations: Clients will receive a booking confirmation with service/call details upon payment. If the call is cancelled within 48 hours prior to the scheduled call time, the call and full payment will be forfeited and unable to be rescheduled. Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled call time. Failure to cancel within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the service fee. If you are more than 10 minutes late to the call, it will be cancelled resulting in the full payment and the call being forfeited. Confidentiality: All information shared during the service / call will be treated as confidential. The coach will not disclose any client information to third parties without the client’s written consent, except as required by law. The information shared by the coach during the service / call is the intellectual property of the coach and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without written consent.
