Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy By booking this mentorship, you agree to the following terms and boundaries: Communication Hours Messaging support is available Monday–Friday between 9:00am–5:00pm (SAST). Messages sent outside of working hours will be responded to during the next business day. Please note: No replies will be sent on weekends / public holidays. If your mentorship period overlaps with a weekend or public holiday, your mentorship will continue into the following business days to ensure you receive your full support period. Telegram Support All communication will take place via Telegram messaging only. This mentorship does not include: phone calls, Zoom calls, emergency support, or 24/7 availability. Response times may vary depending on workload and availability. Voice notes are welcome; however: each voice note should preferably focus on one topic/question at a time, and voice notes should not exceed 2 minutes in length. This helps ensure clear, focused, and efficient support throughout the mentorship period. Respectful Communication This mentorship is intended to provide professional business support in a respectful and supportive environment. Disrespectful, inappropriate, or abusive communication will result in immediate termination of the mentorship without refund. Confidentiality All conversations, business information, strategies, and personal information shared during the mentorship will remain strictly confidential. Both mentor and client agree to maintain professionalism, privacy, and discretion throughout the mentorship experience. Refund Policy Due to the digital and time-based nature of this mentorship, all payments are final and non-refundable.
